• How can I make payments?

  The price/course fee is listed in USD to enable students from anywhere in the world to make payments. There are two payment options available now. You can make payments through a credit card or debit card.

• Can I get a trial period to check whether the video contents are to my liking?

  No. Since each course is offered in short modules, there won't be any trial period.

• Do you provide discount if I purchase an additional course or more courses?

  For individual learners, we provide offers from time to time. You can avail them. But if you represent a large organization – like a company or an educational institution, we can offer special prices and discounts. Please contact us.

• Do I have to complete the course within specific time to get my certificate?

  One of the highlights of an online course is that it can be taken at your own pace. Hence, there is no time limit.

• Can I download the Videos?

  No, there is no download option for most of the videos.

• Can I download all the exercise/ hands on files?

  Yes, absolutely.

• Can I watch the same video again?

  Yes, you can. Access to all the course videos is forever.

• Can I view videos offline? Like Netflix and Amazon.

  No, you don't have the option as of now.

• Do I get courseware?

  You will get e-books for select courses. The e-books – or the links to them, are published in your course page.

• Do I need to submit all assignments in order to complete the course?

  No. You do not need to submit the assignments in order to receive a certificate of completion from us.

• Can I redo my assignment once I’ve submitted it?

  No. Once an assignment is submitted to the instructor it cannot be edited or redone.

• How do you certify me after I complete my course(s)?

  We will present you with a digital Course Completion Certificate.
