SolidWorks Motion enables graphical simulation of motion for assembly models. It lets us introduce visualization properties such as lighting and camera perspectives into the motion study. This course deals with the skills of simulating and animating the motion of components in an assembly; adding motors to drive motion of one or more parts in an assembly, and understanding the effects of motors, springs, contact, and gravity on assemblies.Â
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to find motion properties such as position, velocity, acceleration, and other kinematics information of the parts in an assembly. Key topics covered include:
