EDUCATION : B.E/B.Tech. in Mech, ECE, EEE or any relevant degree

KEY REQUIREMENTS Knowledge in EV Technology. Should have 3+ years of experience in battery pack research and development for EV/ESS. Strong understanding of battery chemistry, electrical and thermal analysis, and battery management systems. Experience with industry-standard simulation and analysis tools, such as ANSYS, MATLAB, and Simulink. In-depth knowledge of battery thermal management, battery testing procedures, and battery CFD simulation. Familiarity with battery production and manufacturing processes. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
