Course Overview:

ANSYS is a finite-element analysis software used to simulate the response of a physical system to structural loading, and thermal and electromagnetic effects. Civil engineers use ANSYS to carry out FEM simulations on a variety of civil structures - from houses to bridges and dams to analyze their safety, and strength. This course introduces you to the concept of FEM and how ANSYS can be used for FEM simulations on civil structures.
